Glitched card
I opened an 83x10 and found base gold rose lavelle
and she is in toty honorable mentions
so will i ever be compensated or should i just forget about it ?

The TOTY Rose Lavelle card is not available in any packs. Hence, you have correctly received gold card.
TOTY HM card is available only via SBC. You need to complete Rose Lavelle from the player SBC section.
