missing division rivals rewards

Usually on Thursday at 11:00 , the rewards for division rivals are given. This week i reached maximum points on rivals however today i did not receive any of my rewards. This is seriously an issue as it ruins the whole concept of grinding rivals in order to better your team and gain coins . Could you please look into this and if anyone is experiencing the same , do you have any advice? thanks
