Yes same!! i packed Harry Kane gold cards twice in the player picks 

Hi, guys. I was opening 83+ PPs after Harry Kane Star Performer card was released, and I got a gold Kane out of the player pick instead of the promo card. How can I get assistance with resolving this?

As the title says, packed a good Harry Kane in the 83+ Tournament Nations pick instead of the Star Performers version around 7:38pm UK time today.

Have packed a few Glory Hunters cards from the picks so special cards should be in. 

The same for me, I pack Harry Kane and Mbappe gold instead of the Star Performers version

I opened the “1 of 3 83+ Men Summer Tournament Nations Player Pick” and received the Gold Rare versions of Kylian Mbappe and Harry Kane, even though both currently have promo cards active.

I have received promo cards from this same player pick before, so I would like to know if this is working as intended or if these were incorrect item grants.

If you packed Harry Kane from an 83+ Player Pick after his Star Performer card was released but received his Gold version instead, it's worth contacting EA Support. Make sure you have a screenshot or video of the Player Pick if possible, along with the date and time it happened. If the Star Performer item was supposed to be in packs at that time, EA can investigate and determine whether you're eligible for compensation.

If you received the Gold Rare versions of Kylian Mbappé and Harry Kane from the 1 of 3 83+ Men Summer Tournament Nations Player Pick while their promo cards were supposed to be available in packs, it's worth contacting EA Support for a review. Since you've previously received promo items from the same Player Pick, they'll be able to check whether the Gold versions were the intended rewards or if the items were granted incorrectly. Be sure to include the date and time you opened the Player Pick, along with any screenshots or video if you have them, as this will help with the investigation.
