Good scam EA

Hello, today I passed the missions and reached level 40. I received the icon but not these 10x 84 packs. I want to ask why I was lied to. When I got there, a menu appeared saying that I had taken it, but then it just disappeared. It's nowhere to be found. It should have been in the store, which is a big joke to me.
