Goodbye EA

I don't disagree with you. But wouldn't waste your time or money on attempting legal action. Ea will just make it to costly for you to pursue. 

well in india we already have laws for spending money on games, somehow EA is escaping that. once we create awareness this can be done. ofcourse legal option cannot cover about my experience. but we need to do something about this game. This game was developed with the help of monoply of fifa, EA cant be taking advantage of us all. 

The best way to address the problems with this useless company is for all of us to stop buying their games.

Let the cheaters play other cheaters while we move on to more interesting pasttimes.

that would be surrendring to EA. this game is not developed solely by EA, it was FIFA which introduced us and EA snatched everthing after getting player base. we should never buy any other EA games and that is right. but for this game we should try. people in EU should lobby for no fc points version of game same like belgium. I should at least try stopping EA from selling fc points. game experience will be lot better as india got atleast 10K players. 10K players are enough for the no fc point version, we just want fair player as opponent not fc point loader. 

Trouble is games these days aren't made with enjoyment of making games like it once was. Its all about using tactics to keep people addicted or staying on the game instead of actually concentrating on actually making a good game. Its partly cos making games is much more expensive these days but some is just greed and maximising profits. But the lack of real competition is part of it also as they aren't forced to make a better game. Also digital content laws haven't caught up with physical products such as not fixing known issues.

Once I added a guy after beating him 4–0 in the first half. He quit the match, so I added him and we chatted. He told me he usually gets 13–14 wins every week in Weekend League. I was shocked that I had beaten someone running a full meta squad with Pina on top, and it made me question whether being a “10-win merchant” was actually good enough or not.Later, something similar happened to me. My controls felt unresponsive, nothing worked, and I conceded 4 goals in the first half.  At that moment I understood what might have happened to that first guy. I quit the game and added my opponent. Surprisingly, the guy who beat me that same week only got around 6 wins regularly. He didn’t even have a meta squad — he was just enjoying the game. I wasn’t angry at all; the first message I sent him was: “Good — at least you’re enjoying the game instead of running a meta squad.” We all know people talk about “EA magic.” Courts in Europe couldn’t prove scripting exists because they don’t have access to EA’s internal logic or game engine. So maybe no one can truly prove it — but then the real question is: where can it be proven? Who is the regulatory authority, and which country’s laws does this company ultimately follow?

for Europe is Switzerland so you may try with European consumer protection, or Switzerland and your country, for USA is AAA arbitration service, which is the body who protects the companies from direct court, seems like the best outcome you can get is the refund so it is not worth of wasting a time.

EA is will always beat you in direct court battel. My brainstorming didn't find single loophole, going via consumer point of view wont give results. highest outcome >I agree wit you = a refund. I need to attack via FC points in india. I am not EU citizen i cant do anything there. The real problem is FC points the cash cow of EA, that is the major problem in fair gameplay in india. we have so many poor people and rich kids are spending money on pixels. Once we are able to remove fc points selling in inda it will open fair gameplay experience for majority of the palyers. I've observed location based match making delivering results, i dont think indian gamers will match with fc point spenders of other countries.

Whatever EA say pack buying is gambling. Only way it wouldn't be is if you knew exactly what you was getting in a pack. 

2 weeks after deletion and i must tell you that i dont miss the game at all, I am building new apps with the help of AI. hope to get some money so that ican **bleep** cheaters. Pack luck is all bullsht you know it. everything is rigged.
