Hacked, and get banned

Just recently i got my account hacked lost all my coins and tradeable players. Its the first time it happened to me as i play ultimate team semi casually.

Luckily i got through the ea chat help line and the guy on the other side transfered back the coins i lost including the ammount for the players i lost.

Then a few hour later i got banned for coin transfer?????

Is ea support transfering back coins common? if so why am i banned for the coin transfer even though i already stated that i was hacked.

Now i am in queue for like an hour to get my account back.
