So I was in the final of your cup mode for tots. Winning the game comfortably make a sub at half time guess what. Green triangle of instant game over and progress. Since fut birthday you've had to fix this issue and still have not @eadarko you said this was being looked into didn't you. But still no fixes no resolves at the peak of your game. Not that its your fault in anyway but  why should we beleive anything that comes from a managers mouth when this is how it happens cant even progress on a good run thanks to shambolic servers. Get a vpn naw mate if that's the solution get ea to buy my vpn until its cleared with limited time modes this is beyond impossible to get a clean run. Disgrace shambolic company no compensation for wasted time. What a joke. Fraudulent company standards blaming other companies for there downfalls because they dont want to own up to there shady business standards and practices.

    Hey all, we raised the issue with the team to look into.

    As this appears to be ISP-related, then it may be the case that it is outside of our control and you will need to speak with SKY about the issues you are facing and work with them.

    That there are no issues for users who test on a VPN furhter points to the issue being ISP side rather than EA.

    The team continues to look into this, and as soon as I hear anything, I will update you all but till then it is well worth a call with SKY to see if they can help.

    So you realise what your asking right. For your game to work. Go buy a vpn subscription. On top of that buy a 3rd party router because sky doesn't allow direct vpn access because of there broadband shield so basically. Go spend 33 quid to fix a problem that ea and sky should be dealing with each other. Am I understanding you right aye.

    Not at all JordanC1888​. I simply recommended that, if seeing this issue, you speak with SKY to see what they can do to help.

    That the issue can be fixed with a VPN or using a different network, then this means that it is likely SKY releated and while our team continues to look into it, I have no further updates to share.

    I was only trying to help those seeing this issue work on alternatives.

    Speaking with SKY is worth doing as it is likely that this issue is something that they will need to fix on their side.
