Hackers in Fantasy FC League

Hello, I recently played a hacker in the Fantasy FC League. At first I was able to play with just one player, then I didn’t have control over any of my players. This has been a common hack for a couple of years now. My issue is that there is nothing done for the players affected by this. 

In the Fantasy FC League, the Ibarbo reward is locked at 20 wins, so why are hackers allowed to get to this reward whereas the actual player base can only get hurt by this hack? I’ve seen multiple posts on Reddit about it and there has been nothing done to help the player base regarding this issue. 

I spent an hour chatting with two customer service representatives, who both said they couldn’t even give a ticket or add a win back on the basis of the game’s integrity. What integrity is that? The integrity of protecting cheaters? The integrity of hindering the common player base from getting rewards?

I then asked if there was a possibility of adding the contents of the objective to my account. They insisted that it’s not possible. This is despite pro FC players receiving every card before release. So why can’t the common players of this game, the ones that actually generate this company profit, receive any compensation for these things? 

I would like anyone from EA to respond to this, are we going to get more tickets so we can actually have a chance to do these objectives? Are we going to be able to receive rewards when we deserve compensation? When will something be done about the rampant hacking in this game? Have you ever heard of anti-cheat engines?
