Haven’t Received the “Star in Motion” Evolution

Hello. I still haven’t received the Star in Motion evolution. On November 3rd, I logged into EA FC 25 to check whether I had played earlier, and I saw that I had a completed gold squad there (I quit FC 25 very early). So I’m certain that I played FC 25 before November 1, 2025.

I’ve also been playing EA FC 26 since early access for pre-orders. In addition, my account has the FC Founder status.

I don’t understand why I didn’t receive the evolution. No one can provide any clear information — the only response I keep getting is “read the requirements.” Is this really how things normally work?

My “Leaderboard Error” ticket has also been unanswered for 14 days.
