Hello, I’m playing on PlayStation 5 and I’m having an issue in Ultimate Duel 13 in EA Sports FC 26.

Every time I finish a match, I get an error and I don’t receive any rewards.

This only happens in this event. Other modes work perfectly fine.

I was able to play matches earlier today without problems, but now every match ends with this error.

My friend can still play without issues, so it seems like a bug affecting my account or this event.

I already tried playing on WiFi and everything else works fine.

Please help me fix this or grant the missing rewards. I can provide screenshots if needed.
