HELP!!! I can't find my Personal Settings file when I launch fc26 on PC

I can't find my Personal Settings file when I launch fc26 on PC. Is the EA server still down at this moment? But I can still access Ultimate Team on the FC26 Companion app. Is anyone else experiencing this?

If my Personal Setting file on PC is truly lost, how can I reload the previous setting?

    Hey jli01hk​,

    Your personal settings file is stored locally, so the servers wouldn't have an impact on it. Have you already made a new one, and is everything working as intended again? Or are you having an error when you're trying to make one?
