Player missing from ultimate team completely

Hello, so yesterday I had purchased Futties Saliba for 760,009 coins. After a few games, I went to remove the cosmetic evo I had applied and send him to the transfer market. When I had gone to the “Transfers” screen he was not there. I went to check if I quick sold him on the app and he wasn’t there either. How do I report this issue directly, this is my first time seeing something like this. MAY SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ON HOW I CAN GET MY COINS BACK😭
