Hero pick SBC bug

Yesterday I completed the new hero pick SBC. Never had much pack luck anyway so I wasn't really bothered who I'd get but I expected better than this. The player has no face, no name, can't view his bio. I've basically packed an unusable hero here. 

I used some seriously good players and most of my coins for this? Anyway you can take this player back and give me another pick? Seems only fair.
