How do i get a real person who has a clue about the game to look at my appeal?

3 days ago i received a transfer ban for apparent "coin transferring", i knoe exactly which pruchase i was banned for so i sent a screenshot of him genuinely only being listed at the price i bought him for at the time, i even stated what i bought the card for, yet my appeal was rejected, i appeal that case again, then go to play champs, and get ANOTHER violation for coin transferring, WHILE i am still banned from accessing the transfer market mind you, so now i have to appeal TWO violations of coin transferring, despite not knowing for what the second violation was given for, and appealing does point blank nothing, all that happens is i get to wait for 3 days just for someone who obviously has no clue about the game to reject me, if its even a real human reviewing these appeals, i can send everything, i can send a screenshot if how much that card was selling for the 11 hours before i bought him, i can send the evo chain i completed with that card.
