Match count on eafc26 playtime not syncing
Although all the staff from EA Help or the EA Forum have replied to me, none have solved my problem.
I bought this game to have fun. I don’t understand why I have to troubleshoot on my own or why I’m forced to play pointless offline matches just as suggested. As a customer, it feels like I’m working for EA or obeying their rules just to get a feature that should have worked from the moment I bought the game. Did EA even conduct any game testing before releasing it?
I’m still trying to figure out why my transfer function isn’t working on the web or app.
I’ve noticed my matches played aren’t syncing properly—no matter how many I complete, the count resets to zero when I restart the game. Essentially, my matches aren’t being counted.
For reference, I’m playing on a PC via Steam, in windowed mode.
