How do I get a refund for wasted online draft tokens?

I played two online draft games recently and the game got cancelled right at kick off because the connection was lost to the opponent.  I had stable internet and I could easily play other online game...

    PC is known to have hackers who disconnect you from the draft. EA is trying to combat these cheaters but, as you can see, they've got a lot of work to do to fix this issue!
