So EA when do we actually pull a top promo card

Do you guys just lie and steal our money or do we actually pull decent promo cards ever? What's going on EA i wanna know why I haven't pulled a decent card all year? Nothing worth over 150,000 coins where some accounts get looked after wtf is going on imwant you to explain to the whole community why you lie about pack weight? I'm waiting
