They are silver icons from the objectives, you can still get them yourself I believe I think they have 9 days left or something.
I have Yashin, Garrincha, Moore, Chartlon and Eusebio, so 5 available in total and I believe they go in some future evos (just for these cards)

Yeah I have no idea then, I bet they was fun to play against with silver players
he trashed me 7 - 1 i had to lock in hard and i am not best player but i am not that bad his charlton was able to sprint trough my whole team and just pop screamers from 20 meters and would go in... idk what is EA doing...
yeah im not suprised playing against 92 rated icons with silvers, icons already get some wierd hidden boosting stats even VS other cards of similar rating let alone silver teams
