I believe I got misbanned, but can't create an appeal case

I received an email 3 days ago while I was using my mobile app searching at Transfer Market. It said my transfer market access was temporarily banned and asked me to play more in-game to unlock it, so I just followed the instructions to play in-game the day before yesterday. However, I got another email yesterday saying my account is permanently banned when I using the mobile app to do SBC. I try to submit an appeal, but the system just does not let me.

I'd like to know if I misunderstood the first email that I should not even use the app before the temporary ban ends?    

This is the first time since this account was created that I received any kind of ban decision, and I'm really sad about it since I put a lot of effort into my UT club.
