I can't access the web app or companion app for my account

Hi,

Since the release day both companion and web app are not working, I already played FC 26 and the account have no problems, in fact when I try to log in in the same time I'm playing on the PS5 it says the I'm already logged in with another platform, but when i'm not I Always have the same server error...

Any fix?

I’ve had some login trouble too, though not the same error. That message sounds like the session isn’t clearing between PS5 and the app. Have you tried fully signing out on PS5 and then logging in on the web/companion after a few minutes?

I'm curious if anyone else is seeing this.

I can't use the companion app or web app for my account correctly when I go to sbc or obj or store the app show me massge :(This feature is currently unavailable)

It's 4 days i'm playing on ps5 and logout normally everytime from the ultimate team before closing the game, always same error

But I thought you only had to unlock the market if you were a new player? I’ve had UT every single year it’s been out and my whole web app is now locked apart from team selection? And I still can’t get access to the game through the trial 

I unlocked the transfer market on Sunday, gained access to it on Monday (24 hours later) and can use it to buy and sell all manor of items - however, the companion app STILL denies me transfer market access. I can use it on the console, but not the app. Can you please get this looked into? I can provide screenshots if necessary.EA_Pulsar​
