i cant get into ultimate team.

i bought ea fc 26 like two days ago and when i tried it yesterday night i couldn't get into ultimate team but i could get into every other game mode, ea servers are fine everything is fine i reset the game many times and gave it time still nothing, ultimate team hasn't opened even once so no i don't have a club or anything, ea support has been useless till now idk what to do.
