I cant launch UT

This is a test to find out if any of those players are causing this. However, it's possible this is related to your connection. Another test would be to switch your connection to use a mobile hotspot. If it works just fine, this means there's an issue with your home network or ISP.

Also, make sure you do a thorough power cycle of your equipment with these steps:

1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
3. Power it all up and try playing again

You can also try deleting the personal saved data for FC 26. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System storage/Saved Data. Locate FC 26 and delete the saved data.

I also have the same problems. Again and again we pay for the worst servers of the game world. WE CAN’t connect to the fc servers. Game freezes while loading on the first page. It freezes everywhere. The connection lose while playing. I don’t want to buy again FC27-28 etc. 

Then how I supposed to play with my best squad?

If you keep putting the same players in the squad, it's possible one of them is causing this. You may need to do some testing to find out if that's the case. Try using a squad of completely different players to see if it continues to happen.

Also when I manage to login I cant fill empty squad with players. Game freezes in loading aniomation and nothing happens. We payin 70+ dollara every year but we can't even play.

I tried that but it didnt work everytime. I think i tried that method 5 or 6 times but it worked only for 2 or 3 times.

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Please try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Not the player, just the squads. Then, create an empty squad and try loading in to UT again. Let me know if this helps or not.
