I can't play in early access tournament after bug

I queued up a game on the early access elimination tournament with 12 minutes before the refresh and it ended perfectly as the clock hit 8 pm in my time so then I went to queue up for another game but I get this error and the entries are still stuck as before the refresh at 2/5.

I attached all the details in the pictures,I hope someone can check it out and fix it
