I cant use season ticket in fc hub ( unavaiable and locked)

For some reason I can't understand, last season I couldn't see my season progress on PS5, but I could progress on my phone. This season it's locked on my phone too. I bought premium and now it's going to waste. Please help.

    Me too, and I have two Evos from last season bugged in my item list, and I can't open packs or buy it
