unable to enter ultimate team from last 2 weeks <pc>

i am unable to enter ultimate team from last 2 weeks. i have tried different internet different city and different computer. i tried talking to ea support but they are not useful. i tried everything but nothing workout. its really frustrating to pay and not able to play if you guys cant  resolve this issue just give ours money back.
