I didn't get to choose between the player or the packs on level 40

When reaching level 40 I claim my rewards because I wanted the Tomori card to put into my team. Upon claiming the rewards I didn't get to choose between either of the 2 players or packs, it just gave...

I just had the same issue.  No option and I opened the packs thinking I would get the players Tomori and Rogers AND the packs.  Only to find the players nowhere in my club.  After grinding and completing the whole season its very deflating not to get the two england players I was anticipating.  Can I undo this somehow?
