I didn't get to choose between the player or the packs on level 40

When reaching level 40 I claim my rewards because I wanted the Tomori card to put into my team. Upon claiming the rewards I didn't get to choose between either of the 2 players or packs, it just gave...

Me neither, wtf! This game is rubbish and there’s no client help at all, they never answer and when I tried to open a complaint it disappeared after few hours, they deleted it probably without even answering! I want my tomori ffs!
