I don't have any of my EAFC 26 carryover rewards

I have played EAFC 26 this year and I logged into my account on October 18th and October 19th, 4 and 5 days after October 14th respectively, and I still haven't received my rewards that I spent a good amount of time on during in EAFC 25 and I don't want that progress to have been done for no reason. Since the 19th of October, I have logged in 3 times on 3 different days on the 20th, 21st and 22nd of October and I am still yet to receive my rewards for EAFC 26. So please help me as I don't know how long I have to wait as it has almost been a week unless I did something wrong as I am using the same account on the same console for your information.
