i faced a cheater in draft

i coudnt control my players while playing my second draft because of this cheater  his nickname on ea is: BigBackBros

i have proof, i cant send it on this forum sadly

i would really like to get my fifa points back and the cheater banned

im only 14 and my parents give me fifa points for my birthday sad way to lose them :(
