I'm not exactly sure why this is different. For me, I received the premium season pass as soon as I logged into the game for the first time.

I had same issue but for points from pre ordered game ive bought premium pass and now i am missing points also

I also have this same issue ? Is there a fix for this ? I wount spent points on it , EA needs to fix this ....

I’m having the same issue. I bought the Ultimate Edition today, but didn’t get the season pass. I also have an active EA Play subscription and used early access, so maybe that’s why it didn’t activate. In the end, I had to buy it for 1000 FIFA Points. How is EA going to compensate me for this — or are they not going to at all?
