I Got kicked from three of my champs games after winning the games

I just got a disconnect in my fut champs game while tied 0-0 and got a loss for it and my WiFi didn’t go out this has been happening for weeks

Prime Heroes: Champions Objective Not Counted
I have played 4 matches in Champions mode and won 3 of them. Howevet, the object Prime Heroes Champions doesn’t count for me. Please investigate and fix this bug. Thanks

Appeal "overturned", but still market banned
