Hello EA Support,
My name is Mido
I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled.
I pre-ordered EA SPORTS FC 26 to enjoy early access and the Icon Pre-Order Pack. Since September 19th, when the game opened, I have been waiting for the reward, but I never received it.I already sent an email 24 hours ago and still received no proper solution. Because of this delay, I missed out on the full experience and fell behind compared to other players. I paid for this game to enjoy equal access and rewards, yet I did not get what I paid for.
This delay is entirely on your side and has negatively affected my gaming experience. I expect the Icon Pack to be delivered immediately, and I am also requesting fair compensation for the lost time and unfair disadvantage.
This situation is unacceptable, and I expect an urgent resolution.

I didnt get it either. I purchased the Ultimate Edition and got the FC Points but no Icon
