I lost my mbappe
Hello, I am writing this as a loyal EA Sports FC player since 2017. I have played over 1200 hours every year and invested over 20,000 CZK into my club.
I recently lost my Mbappe item because he was submitted into a Non-Rare Gold SBC due to a severe UI lag on the Mobile Companion App.
During my chat with advisor LN (Case #234760456), the advisor explicitly admitted that the mobile app lacks the confirmation prompt that exists on console/PC. This is a massive design flaw that fails to protect high-value items for players on mobile devices.
I was told by a previous advisor (Vasu) that a solution would be found, but the chat support now refuses to escalate this to a specialist who can perform a one-time manual restoration.
It is unacceptable that a long-term, high-value customer loses his best player due to a 'system design' that even the support staff admits is missing basic safety features. I am requesting a Community Manager to look into this case and help me restore Mbappe. I am not looking for 'feedback links', I am looking for a fair resolution for a technical failure.
