I only have one slot for training camp EVO (Ultimate Edition)

I have the EA SPORTS FC26 Ultimate Edition version, but I only unlock one slot for evolutions. How can I unluck the second slot?

My best FUT player half disappeared. I can see him in squad view, but the game crashes if I add him to squad. He is not visible on Rush or Evo. I have 15 games played with him so he isn't new.
