I still don't have my Icon???

Everyone is getting the Ion packs and I still don't have mine...  When will I get the packs that Ive paid for?

Same here! I purchased on 8/26 and they said it went through on 9/19 when it hit my bank account on 8/26. EA doesn’t care about their loyal customers that purchase this game every year for a title change.
