Icon pick

I pre ordered the new fc26 before 26th August and it downloaded and was all good but the payment didn’t go through so I sorted it out and can play got the 2k points and premium pass but I haven’t got my icon pick can this get sorted out because otherwise might just refund because what’s the points of spending £90 on a game to not get the actual rewards your promised.
