Hi I brought the pre-order fc26 but never received the icon player but got my pass and my 2000 fifa points

Did you order the game before 26th August. If not - no Icon will be received.
Stop saying this - there is no mention of 26th August on the store. They are still selling the pre order just now and it still mentions getting an ICON!
