Still can connect to UT

I bought the game for early access just to not be able to play and its crazy a lot of people have had the same issues where they can’t connect or load and there hasn’t been a single response or help from EA to fix this

before anything i did delete the game reinstall restores licenses reset my internet and nothing worked is EA gonna compensate people that payed early and haven’t been able to play? and will there be a fix to this issue? or do we have to wait till the normal launch date?
