Earlier I completed the Africa challenge sbc. From the gold starting xi pack at the end i packed a gold Enzo fernandez. I understand his Tots shouldn't be in this pack as it is capped at 89 rated however his gold card should also not be in the pack. Am I due compensation?
Community ManagerHello all,
I've merged some posts here to avoid having multiple threads about the same issue.
Could you provide some details about this pack giving Gold players:
❗As a reminder the Gold Starting-XI pack always give gold players and will not include TOTS in them. This is expected and not a bug.❗
Opened my packs from Last week on Friday night after PL TOTS release. Packed Gabriel Gold tradeable instead of his TOTS Card.
Please fix this
The gold Starting-XI pack is correct. You can pack every Gold Card with 89 or less. Doesnt matter if they are in Promo or not. But I had Gold Gabriel in a Season Pass Pack so the Bug is actually existing
I have the same Problem with Gabriel. Packed the Gold Card instead of TOTS on Friday night from the Season Pass
i don't know wtf happened to this game bad gameplay and they don't even want us to have a good players
Don't worry, they will give you a 82x3 as compensation. Good thing is that with all this delay and garbage gameplay, 87 Bruno play just as bad as TOTS Bruno.
what should we do the live chat didn't help me at all
I had the exact same problem mate
