Investing time and money and not getting a TOTY

EA, for the amount of money I spend on this game every single year, why can't I pack high level card like a TOTY.  I've opened over 100 packs in the last few weeks and cant even pack a TOTY.  I continue to get is 88's, 89's and maybe a 90, but nothing else unless I complete an SBC. Seems like if we're not a Pro player or streamer then we get the scraps. I enjoy this game and is reason I continue to purchase yearly, but you should take care of loyal customers.
