ISSUE WITH SP ON ULTIMATE TEAM AND MAIN MENU

On eafc26 my sp has reached 4000 which means I should be receiving my level 4 rewards on ultimate team, but when I go on my objectives it says I still need 250sp to receive my level 4 rewards. Then when I exit ultimate team and go to the main menu of eafc26 it says Im on 750/1000 on level 3 which basically means I'm on 3750 and I need 250 to reach level 4. This doesn't make sense
