Screwed over by Ea and Xbox

on september 18 while i was on the eafc trial i had found out that my preorder for fc 26 which i had done in august 24 had been cnacelled which shocked me after i hadnt done this i ended up speaking to my bank and microsoft but they couldnt explain it however microsoft told me i could speak to ea about my missing rewards i had though recieved some of my rewards which i got for preordering early like the player pick but after having to buy fifa again i am without the icon pack which dissapoints me as i only bought thre game for the icon pack
