issue with the Transfer Market in EA SPORTS FC 26 on my PS5.

Hello EA Support,

I’m contacting you because I’m experiencing a persistent issue with the Transfer Market in EA SPORTS FC 26 on my PS5.

Since the very beginning of the game, the Transfer Market has been locked on both the PS5 version and the Companion/Web App. I can browse the market and buy players, but I’m unable to sell any players. Every time I try, I receive a message telling me to “try again after 24 hours,” but this has been happening continuously since the game launched.

What makes this even more confusing is that the Transfer Market works perfectly on the PS4 version using the exact same EA account. The problem only exists on the PS5 version and the Companion/Web App.

I’ve been playing EA football games since FIFA 15, so I’m definitely not a new player. I have never violated the Terms of Service, used bots, coin transfers, or participated in any activity that would justify restrictions on my account.

Could you please investigate my account and explain why the Transfer Market is still locked for the PS5 version? If this is an error, I would appreciate having it resolved as soon as possible.

I’m also concerned about purchasing EA SPORTS FC 27. If this issue is tied to my account rather than the game itself, I’m worried I’ll experience the same problem again after buying the new game.
