Every online match disconnects with “You lost your connection to your opponent.” My friend’s EA account works perfectly on the same PS5 and the same internet. I have no bans on my account, and I’ve already reinstalled the game, deleted settings, restarted my network, and tried all troubleshooting. Please investigate my account for an account-specific issue.
