Kicked from single player draft - Ineligible for draft token

Hello,

I’ve been kicked after the second game of my single player draft. As soon as the game ends it says “EA servers unable to process your request at the moment”. This has happened twice now. I’ve looked at the draft token claim page on the EA site and it says I’m ineligible. Any idea how I go about reporting this and claiming a token?
