Locked Out of Pre Order Tournament

I played the semi-finals in between the pieriod of reset for new tries. I got Set Back to start played and won the next Games. Now is it stated that i won the Tournament without receiving rewards and still Stuck in semi Finals . I can Not Play in the Tournament again. If i want to Play i have to Go to Squad selection and receive this Message *FUT_LGM_TOURNAMENT_COMPLETE_POPUP

Please Fix so i can try to get the rewards..
