played 1 game of fut champions and i couldnt move any team members besides 1 player , either this guy is hacking or is a bug but i need compensation for the loss

the same just happened to me and many times before but i thought the problem were from my side
Sucks bro, I have tried to contact ea via chat about this since I have lost out on a 85plus x2 pack in fut champs rewards due to this and they did not do anything about the compensation.
It's happened 3 times to me during fut champions... Absolutely disgusting.
