Lost coins and all tradable players??

So, I was playing like all day yesterday all the way up until nighttime and I logged off and everything was fine. I woke up and logged in this morning, and I was missing 1.3 million coins and i was also missing like 600k worth of tradable players. All I was left with was my untradable players and 30k coins. So, in total I lost about 2 million coins and that is super unfair. I have put over 200 hours into this game and have got all those coins from playing and for me to just lose everything is super unfair. I have played multiple weeks of FUT RIVALS and FUT CHAMPS to have earned these players and coins and for me to be hacked is not acceptable at all. I have also spent between 500-700$ USD on this game and I just lost everything. Am i able to get my coins back? You guys can go into my account and see that I have earned this legit. I also have pictures of my old teams and when I logged in this morning, there were still players on the transfer market that the hacker had sold from my team. How can I get this resolved? During live chat they kept on saying that i was going to get transferred to the in game team and they never transferred me.
