Lost FC Point at first buy

​I am writing to request your assistance with an accidental code redemption. I recently purchased an EA Sports FC points card from a retailer, intending to use it on my Xbox account. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and redeemed the code on the EA App for PC instead.

    I’m sorry to hear you accidentally purchased EA FC Points for the wrong platform.

    Unfortunately, we’re not able to exchange the code on our end. The best next step would be to reach out to the retailer you purchased it from to see if they can help swap it for the correct platform.

    I know this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and I’m really sorry we can’t assist further in this case.
