Matched repeatedly against same opponent, why?
Keep being match repeatedly against same opponent, some I blocked for cheating, why? The number of user playing the game is so low that not many option left?

It's because the cheaters usually have 3-4 EA IDs so that they can continue to play even if they get banned.
EA doesn't care about cheaters and they even stopped looking at the reports they say you should fill in since Jan 4th this year.
I just played two Champions matches. I was leading both with 2-1. The first one came back after halftime and quickly scored 4 goals by cheating. The second one made a pause and made 5 goals easily and I succeeded with one. It finished 3-6.
In the big country in the East (I cannot name it because EA bans you), 95% of them are cheating and EA keeps connecting me with them. They should create a specific server for these cheaters so they can cheat among themselves.
You should not expect anything from EA. This game has had cheaters for 10 years and it just gets worse.
